Steps to keep your Jira sync running:
Log in to the platform where your Jira integration is managed
Trigger the link provided by Insightful team
Click Relink integration to begin the process
You will be redirected to an Atlassian OAuth login screen, log in with your Atlassian admin credentials and grant the requested permissions
Once authorized, you will be redirected back and the connection will authorize within few minutes
Once done, press Finish, close the screen and confirm the integration is syncing new data on Insightful dashboard as expected.

Q: Will I lose any data?
A: No. Re-linking only updates the authentication method. All historical data and sync settings remain intact.
Q: Do I need to do anything before March 31?
A: Yes, you must re-link your Atlassian integration(s) before March 31, 2026, otherwise your connection will be paused until you re-authenticate.
Q: I don't see a Re-link button. What should I do?
