Insightful desktop app can be installed remotely to your company-owned (and managed) devices with macOS.
Remote installations are required when physical access to targeted devices is unavailable, and are usually preferred by larger organizations that need to deploy the application to a great number of users in bulk.
Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools allow companies to remotely install software and configure security policies on all employee devices (phones, laptops, etc.), ensuring everyone has the right tools and follows security standards, no matter where they work.
You can use your preferred MDM tool to remotely deploy Insightful on macOS devices. This requires two components:
The application installer
The configuration profile (to pre-authorize permissions and reduce prompts)

Key Notes
Always deploy the configuration profile before installing the application. This ensures all required permissions are granted in advance and helps avoid unnecessary user prompts.
Once the profile is in place, push the Insightful installer package to target devices.
Firewall and Proxy settings
In some cases a Firewall or a Proxy may prevent Insightful from working properly. If this happens, make sure to either turn them off or whitelist Insightful in them.
