The Insightful Agent displays the active organization so employees always know which organization they are currently working in.
This feature is especially important for employees who belong to multiple organizations using the same email address, as it helps prevent time and activity data from being recorded under the wrong organization.
Organization Name Display
The Agent shows the organization name on the main screen at all times.
This information is visible when the employee is clocked in and when the employee is clocked out
The organization name serves as a continuous visual indicator of the current working context.
Organization Selection for Multi-Organization Users
Employees who belong to multiple organizations must select the organization they want to work in when the Agent starts.
How Organization Selection Works
When the Agent launches:
If the user belongs to only one organization, the normal clock-in flow appears.
If the user belongs to multiple organizations, an organization selection screen appears.
The user must choose the organization before continuing.
This ensures that:
Clock-in time is recorded in the correct organization.
Tracking data is associated with the correct account.
If a user is later added to another organization, the organization selection screen will appear automatically the next time the Agent starts.
To choose which organization you are working in, go to the Profile and select the correct organization.
Users can view and select the organization directly above the clock-in section.
