Directory (Identity Provider) Integrations: Introduction
Insightful's directory integrations connect with your company's Identity Provider (IdP) to keep your organizational structure and access rights up to date. These integrations sync employee, team, and group information - such as names, emails, and group membership - so admin and manager permissions in Insightful stay automatically aligned with your identity provider.
Identity Provider integrations are not HRIS tools. They do not contain HR records or time off/PTO data, and cannot be used for PTO sync. For that, see our HRIS Integrations: Introduction.
