🐛 Fixes

  • Activity tracking: accurate counts for long stretches in one window

Keystrokes, clicks, and scrolls are now fully counted for employees who stay in the same window for a long time, such as writing a long document. Previously, activity could be lost every 15 minutes or when the employee went idle, making people who worked in one app for hours look almost inactive in dashboards. You may notice activity numbers rise for these employees as the update rolls out.

🔧 Improvements

  • HRIS integrations: exclude employees and managers from matching

On the Review Mapping page (Settings → Integrations → your HR tool), admins can exclude any employee or manager from matching. Excluded people stop updating from the HR tool, are tagged Excluded, and can be included again at any time.

  • HRIS integrations: manual matching and overrides

When auto-matching does not find a counterpart, you can pick the right person from the HR tool yourself, or override an existing match to fix incorrect data. Manual matches are tagged Manual and apply once you hit Confirm.

  • HRIS integrations: Review Mapping now covers managers

An Employees / Managers toggle lets you check how managers were matched to their HR tool counterparts, including their current employee scope and match status. The Managers view appears on integrations that support Manager Scope Sync when that configuration is turned on.

  • HRIS integrations: filters and summary cards

Filter Review Mapping by employees, teams, org groups, and match status, or search by name and email. Summary cards show how many people are matched, not found, and excluded, plus when the last sync ran.

  • HRIS integrations: manual assignments stay in place

Employees excluded from HRIS sync can still be added to any manager's scope, team, or org group from the dashboard, and those assignments are kept across later syncs. A manager's scope now lists synced and manually added employees separately, with synced ones locked and tagged.

  • Real-Time Insights: collecting-data state on first load

Real-Time Insights now shows a collecting-data state on first load instead of marking employees inactive before live data arrives.

  • Schedules: approved absence for shifts that overlap time off

A scheduled shift that overlaps approved time off now appears as an approved absence on the Schedules page.

🐛 Fixes

  • Analytics and Notification Center: correct scope for org group managers

Managers whose only access is an org group now see analytics for that group only, and they see notification center alerts when they are a recipient.

  • Agent View: widget follows the status filter

The agent widget now follows the Agent View status filter and no longer shows Done tasks when that status is turned off.

  • Office detection: remote employees on a VPN

Office auto-detection now ignores an empty network address, so remote employees on a VPN are no longer marked as in the office.

  • Breaks: overbreak badge shows the full overage

The overbreak badge now shows the full overage, including minutes, instead of seconds only.

  • Partner portal: clearer client list

The client list now shows full organization IDs and aligned labels, and organization names are no longer clipped.

🐛 Fixes

  • Permissions: no errors for features outside your plan

Features covered by broad All permissions now follow your organization's plan, so a feature that is not on your plan no longer raises a permission error. This stops the recurring permission errors in Manual Time.

🔧 Improvements

  • Reports: Alias ID column

Alias ID is now available as a column in the Employee, Employees, Team, and Teams reports. It is off by default; turn it on in the column selector and include it in exports.

  • SSO setup: clearer Verify SAML errors

The Verify SAML step now shows a specific, actionable message for common identity provider misconfigurations instead of one generic failure.

⚙️ Behavior Changes

  • Alerts: shared across admins

An alert created by one admin is now visible to, and can be managed by, every other admin in your organization.

🐛 Fixes

  • Jira integration: imports, updates, and statuses work again

Imports, ticket updates, and status lists work again, synced tasks are no longer duplicated, and assignees match Jira.

  • Schedules & Time Off: no error for organization group admins

Admins whose scope is set to organization groups can now schedule shifts and add PTO without getting an error.

  • Schedules & Time Off: sorting by employee name

Sorting by employee name now reorders the list instead of adding duplicate rows.

  • Irregular Behavior Alert: unblur screenshots directly

Screenshots opened from an irregular behavior alert can now be unblurred directly with "Show original screenshot".

  • Irregular Behavior Alert: detections across two devices

Alerts no longer miss detections when an employee works across two devices.

  • Utilization: formula settings save without teams

Formula settings are now saved when the formula has no teams assigned, instead of keeping the values it was created with.

🐛 Fixes

  • Schedules: shifts restored when an employee is reactivated

Reactivating an employee now brings back their upcoming and in-progress scheduled shifts, so Timesheets, Schedules, and Schedule Adherence reports stay in sync.

  • Timesheets: accurate hours for employees on multiple computers

Shift View and Day View now count time tracked on several computers at the same time only once, so Computer Activity and Productive Hours no longer exceed Work Time.

✨ New Features

  • Communication Report: communication metrics on Home, Employee, and Team pages

You can now add Call Time, Ad-hoc Call Time, Async Communication, and Meeting % of Work Time to the KPI widget on the Home, Employee, and Team pages, along with optional widgets for communication load, app breakdown, scheduled meeting details, and messaging details. Ad-hoc Call Time requires an active calendar integration, and these metrics count time and patterns, never message content.

🔧 Improvements

  • Reports and Workflow Path: reliable PDF and PNG exports

PDF and PNG exports from reports and the Workflow Path view are now more reliable and keep styling, fonts, icons, and excluded elements intact.

  • Utilization: clearer Standard Hours setup

You can now turn the Standard Hours threshold on or off (default 15 minutes), and the formula, setting labels, and tooltips are updated so setup is easier to follow.

  • Workflow Reports: complete session timelines

Session timelines now show every fragment, including non-active fragments and interaction types, so you see the full picture of each session.

  • Navigation: consistent Time & Attendance menu

Section and submenu names in the Time & Attendance dropdown now line up consistently.

⚙️ Behavior Changes

  • Utilization: Standard Hours target follows your schedule

The Standard Hours target is now calculated dynamically from the working days and hours you configure.

🐛 Fixes

  • Workload Distribution: breakdown on hover and click

Hovering over or clicking a bar now opens the breakdown with utilization counts, percentages, and the most and least utilized employees.

  • Activity Logs: Apps & Websites filter returns results

Filtering Activity Logs by Apps & Websites now returns matching results instead of an empty list.

  • Manual Time: pending requests visible in employee profiles

Pending manual time requests now appear in the Manual Time view of an employee's profile, matching what admins see under Time and Attendance.

  • Timesheets: team links respect permissions

Team names in tables only link to pages you can access; otherwise they show as plain text, so employees no longer see an access permission error from Timesheets.

  • Schedules: shift popup fits in Spanish

The scheduled shift popup on the Schedules page no longer overflows when the interface language is Spanish.

  • Navigation: clearer Spanish labels

Spanish labels for Insights and Schedules & Time Off are now clearer in the sidebar and tabs.

The following fixes apply to Projects and the Task overview board.

🐛 Fixes

  • Reliable project dialogs for large organizations

Assigning employees and opening the add or edit project dialog no longer crashes for organizations with very large employee lists.

  • Smooth drag and drop on the Task overview board

Moving a task card between columns, or reordering cards in the same column while search is on, now works as expected.

  • Task pages load with former employees' screenshots

A project task page now loads even when one of its screenshots belongs to an employee who is no longer in your organization.

  • Cleaner project names

Extra spaces are now trimmed from project names when you create or edit a project, and a name made only of spaces is no longer accepted.
