Yes, Insightful can work offline!

All data and screenshots will continue to be saved locally and will sync to Insightful servers as soon as the Internet connection is restored.

After sync and processing they will become available in the Insightful application.

If the internet connection drops while an employee is actively working, Insightful continues tracking activity locally on the device until the connection is restored.

Idle time is based on keyboard and mouse activity, not internet connectivity. This means that losing internet access does not create additional idle time or extend inactivity periods.

Once the internet connection is restored, the locally stored data syncs automatically with Insightful servers. Because of this, activity and idle time information may appear in the dashboard with a short delay until synchronization is completed.

The only limit for how much data Insightful can store while offline is set by the device's disk space.
