When you need to check which version of Insightful application is installed on your device you can follow these few simple steps:
1. You can open Task manager in your Windows OS by either of the two following ways:
Press CTRL + ALT + DEL on your keyboard and select Task Manager.
Right click anywhere on the Taskbar and choose Task Manager from the list.
2. Click on More details button on the bottom of the Task Manager if you are in simple view.
3. Make sure you are on Processes tab and right click on Workpuls icon and click Expand.
4. Once expanded, right click on Workpuls process that has an icon and select Properties.
5. Go to Details tab and you will be able to view the current version of the application.
You can alternatively check the Agent version column on your Insightful application's Employees page.
