Upon 2FA activation process in Insightful settings, user receives their unique recovery code and is instructed to keep it stored in case they lose access to their account or can't get the security code from the authenticator app
If you cannot find your recovery code and are hence unable to deactivate 2FA and/or use your Insightful account, please reach out to our support via support@insightful.io with any available document attached which can serve as a proof of your identity so we can assist you further.
