After activating 2FA (Two Factor Authentication) process in Insightful settings, users receive a unique recovery code, and they are advised to securely store in case they lose access to their account or cannot get the security code from the Authenticator app.

If you cannot find their recovery code and are hence unable to deactivate 2FA and/or use Insightful account, its best if you advised your organization's Admin to contact Insightful support via support@insightful.io with any available document attached that can serve as proof of your identity so we can assist further.
