Attendance view allows you to see which employees were working, how many working days they had, and which ones were absent on each day during a desired period of time - not larger than a month.

Furthermore, you can see if someone just started working or if they had their last day in your organization, quick compare graphical representations of their working hours to see who worked more and who less, and if someone worked less than your desired threshold - you can set up Work time minimum, a threshold below which employee's working day will be marked differently, or how long should an Employee be active to be considered as Attended.

The default view is current month and Employees are sorted by the total number of active days in a month. Employees that have the same number of Active Days are then sorted alphabetically.

This report may be found in Time and Attendance > Attendance tab

Legend :

Yellow line at the beginning / end indicates user's first / last day of Insightful usage;

Empty circle illustrates absence for that day;

Orange triangle represents user who's working hours are below threshold for that day;

Green lightning bolt icon is employee that's currently working - employee that started their shift for today and is still working;

Filled purple circle means employee was working above threshold for that day. Size of the circle represents number of hours worked for a day. Bigger the circle, more working hours employee had on a day;

You can filter the dashboard to show certain dates, certain employees or teams

and customize the columns to include / exclude team name and total number of attended, worked days (with office hours above threshold) for a selected timespan.

If you click on the attendance circle you will get more info on that employee's shift :
