Smarter Shift Scheduling & More Time Off Options

New Time Off Types label absences as vacation, sick leave, or other categories, and managers can add notes to shifts and time-off requests for added clarity

We've made big improvements to Shift Scheduling and Time Off tracking, giving you more flexibility and visibility over your team's schedules.

What's new? We have introduced Time Off Types: every time-off entry is now clearly labeled as Vacation, Sick Leave, Public Holiday, Unauthorized Leave, or Other, making it easy to see who's off and why.

Managers can also attach Notes for Schedules & Time Off when creating or editing a scheduled shift or time-off request so everyone stays on the same page. Notes appear directly in shift details for better clarity and context.

Plus, to make it even easier to access employee schedules, we've introduced three New Filters: Time Off Type Filter, Lateness Filter, and Work Time Filter. You can find all these updates on the Schedules page.
