Subscription Cancelling

No longer need Insightful? Here’s how to cancel your subscription

We’re sorry to hear you want to cancel your subscription!

Manual cancelation

To continue with the cancelation process, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Click the Unsubscribe button in the lower right corner;

  2. A prompt will show up asking for feedback. Fill in the information to continue the cancellation;

  3. Once submitted, your cancellation request will be forwarded to our Support team;

  4. That’s it! You should receive confirmation that your subscription has been canceled by the end of the next business day.

Note: Both Admins and Managers with billing permission can request subscription cancellation. When attempting to cancel, always make sure you are logged in with your account that has permissions to make billing changes.

No cancellation required in Trial period

If you are currently in a trial period, please note that the Unsubscribe button is not available within the Insightful app. This is because you have no active subscription yet, and therefore, no cancellation is required. Activities tracking will automatically stop when the trial period ends (unless you select an option to subscribe manually to one of our price plans in which case it will continue).

Automatic cancellation

To keep your subscription active you need to have at least one Employee user active. If you deactivate your last Employee user, your subscription will get automatically cancelled.
