Learn how to ensure that access to Insightful is enabled in your firewall settings

There may be instances of employees not appearing on your dashboard after Insightful application installation.

To make sure this is not happening and ensure that recorded data is being synchronized to the server you will need to include the following URLs and IP addresses through any Firewall, network management software or VPN:

Please also make sure to allow the connection to IP 34.96.85.57 through port 443.
