If you have started using Insightful and selected one Price Plan but after some time realized that another one is better suited for your business needs - don't worry - Insightful Price Plans can be changed at any time.

All you need to do is visit the plans page within Insightful application and make the change that you need.

When you change your price plan, our billing system will automatically prorate the difference accordingly (just like if you add or remove users during a billing cycle).
