Insightful application makes the process of productivity labeling apps and websites your employees used seamless by allowing bulk changes. With the option to choose whether changes apply to historical data or future data, this feature ensures efficient productivity tracking across the organization or specific teams.
Starting bulk changes
By selecting more than one app or website from the Productivity → Apps & Websites tab, Admins will initiate a bulk change.
After searching for specific apps or websites, you can also click Select All to select every matching result at once, instead of picking them individually. Clearing your search resets this selection. This makes it easy to apply a bulk change to a larger number of apps or websites in one step.
At the top of the list, you can choose the desired Productivity label and Settings that should be applied to all the selected Apps and Websites.
Applying bulk changes
To apply all bulk changes, you have made for your Organization or Team, just click the Apply to Selected button at the top.
Keep in mind that when you change a productivity label for a specific app/website on a Team level, you will be prompted to choose whether this change should be applied to historical data, or just the future data Insightful will capture.
