Automated Time Mapping (ATM) is a tool that makes it easier to track and manage tasks in your organization. By automatically detecting a wide range of user activities, including work calls, tickets, and cases, ATM can accurately allocate time to each task, eliminating the need for manual input. The advanced functionality ensures that time tracking is accurate and reflective of the actual work being performed, even when employees engage in other supporting activities.

Designed to manage repetitive tasks like tickets, ATM serves as a powerful tool for streamlining work processes. It can group and differentiate various activities, recognizing when employees are engaged in tasks such as calls, cases, or tickets. This feature is especially useful for industries like call centers or insurance companies, where keeping track of activities efficiently is crucial.

How ATM Works

ATM functions by detecting user activities across various platforms, including calls, ticketing systems, and case management tools. When a user engages in any of these activities, ATM automatically assigns the appropriate amount of time to the related task. For example, if you're handling a customer support call or working on a ticket in a helpdesk system, ATM will recognize the activity and create or update the task accordingly.

Within the Projects, there is an ATM page where you can view other projects that fall under Automated Time Mapping. On the main page, in addition to the option to select a desired date range on the calendar to view results, you can see a list of Projects, their Assignees, the number of Tasks, and the Total time spent [in hours]. If you enter each project individually you can view more detailed information.

As you engage in activities like handling calls, working on tickets, or managing cases, ATM automatically creates tasks and tracks them, ensuring that your time is accurately recorded and allocated.

When you move from one task to another, such as switching between calls or different cases, ATM automatically pauses the current task and starts tracking the new one. This ensures that all your work is accounted for without needing manual adjustments.

ATM allows you to set up custom rules tailored to your specific workflows. Whether you need to track time differently based on the type of task or the platform you're using, ATM's flexibility ensures it can be adapted to your organization's unique needs.

Automated Time Mapping simplifies task and time management by automatically tracking a wide range of activities, allowing you to focus on your work without the burden of manual time tracking. This feature gives organizations a clear understanding of user processes, helping them optimize productivity and make data-driven decisions to enhance overall efficiency.
