The Home Page is the new landing page across Insightful, and the Productivity Trends view now lives under Reports.

  • Home Page: personalized layouts preserved

Manager and admin layouts are now kept in place instead of being reset to the default preset.

🐞 Fixes

🔧 Improvements

  • AI Adoption Report: usage thresholds for AI activity

Minimum usage thresholds keep brief, incidental AI activity from inflating adoption metrics, and you can adjust the threshold from 1 to 60 minutes during a session.

  • AI Adoption Report: grouped apps and websites

Related apps and websites are now grouped together across filters, comparison tables, and adoption calculations, giving a clearer picture of how each tool is used.

  • AI Adoption Report: expanded team view on the Adoption chart

The Adoption chart can now display beyond 10 teams at once, so larger organizations can compare every team in a single view.

🐞 Fixes

  • AI Adoption Report: accurate app names in the comparison table

The Adoption comparison table now shows real app names instead of internal IDs, making results easier to read.

  • AI Adoption Report: cleaner chart legend spacing

Legend spacing in Top Apps and Websites is tidier and displays correctly, including 100% cases.

    • Daily digest notifications

When irregular behavior is detected, you receive a single in-app notification each day at 8 AM in your organization's time zone.

    • Dedicated Logs view

Open any alert to see the full picture: the employee involved, what was detected, and a visual timeline that highlights the unusual activity in red. Related screenshots are clearly marked so you can review them in context.

    • Adoption summary panel

View Daily AI Users and Daily AI Hours, with period-over-period changes, to assess overall adoption health at a glance.

    • 30-day adoption trend

A trend line shows whether AI usage is gaining momentum or slowing down over time.

    • AI adoption maturity matrix

Teams are grouped into categories such as Champions, Regulars, Deep Divers, and Dabblers, making it easy to spot strong adopters and teams that may need additional coaching.

    • Cross-tool comparison

A comparison table highlights overlapping tool usage and adoption gaps across teams, so leaders can see which tools drive value and where spend may need review.

    • AI tool settings

Admins and managers can manage which apps are counted as AI tools in the report, giving greater control over how adoption is tracked.
