In addition to our Insightful Price Plans for Productivity Management, Time Tracking, Process Improvement, and Enterprise, we also offer Add-ons, a set of standalone features that are not included in any of Insightful’s subscription plans (with an exception of Enterprise plan).
The Billing page in Settings provides a card-like overview of all Add-ons Insightful is offering. You can review the details of each Add-on and active or remove them within their Add-on card. Add-ons are available for free within the Trial period.
Add-ons offer several benefits for clients:
Cost Transparency: Clients can calculate and establish the actual cost of storing additional data for Add-on features.
Consistent UI: A consistent visual approach for all Add-on features makes the user interface more intuitive and easier to navigate.
Easy Activation: Clients can activate Add-on features directly from the app, making the process seamless and convenient.

On-Demand screenshots
Security Bundle
Add-ons can only be activated (subscribed to) on an account with an active subscription to one of Insightful's base plans.
Increased Screenshot Frequency
Increased Screenshot Frequency offers flexibility for users who need more frequent screen captures without altering their current subscription. This feature includes capturing up to 120 screenshots per hour and is offering privacy control.

On-Demand Screenshots

In the Real-Time Insights section, you can find the icon used to manually create an instant screenshot, as well as the icon that marks the Add-on feature for On-Demand Screenshots.
Security Bundle
The Security Bundle Add-on includes Activity Logs and Security Alerts security alerts and IT forensics through activity logs.
Price: $2 / per seat / a month
Please note that Attendance Alerts will continue to be included with all subscription plans.
Activating Add-ons from the Billing Settings
If you want to activate an Add-on, click on the button Subscribe on the Add-on card.
When the user clicks Activate, a checkout window opens up displaying a price that will be added to the existing subscription price.
For US customers this will show the price with US Sales tax.
Removing Add-ons from Subscription plan
Activated Add-ons have a Remove button in the footer of their card within the Billing settings.
After you click that button, a warning dialogue window appears.
Removing the Add-ons does not impact your base subscription plan, its price or billing cycle.
After removal you will still have access to the removed Add-on until the end of your billing cycle. This means that you can continue using the Add-on until the end of the cycle, and charges will apply during this period without any credits issued.
Inside the footer on the removed Add-on card, it will show how many days are left before the account completely loses access to the Add-on.
Billing for Add-Ons
Add-Ons tab on the Billing Settings page is accessible to Admins and Managers with billing permissions.
Billing Cycle and Invoicing
When you activate an Add-on, the charges won't be applied right away. Instead, the cost will appear on your next invoice as a pro-rated amount. The principles of pro-rata are the same as the ones used for adding/removing seats for employees.
Seats and Sales Tax
Add-ons will always be activated for all of the seats you have in your base plan subscription.
So, for example, if you have 5 active seats on your monthly subscription plan and you activate On-Demand Screenshots Add-on at a price of $2, your monthly price will then be your existing monthly subscription plan price plus $10.
Sales tax regulations apply to Add-ons in the same way they do to base plan subscriptions.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel an Add-on, you retain access to it until the already paid billing period ends.
