Updated today

This month's updates focus on a comprehensive redesign of the Teams management experience, significant improvements to Email Reports accuracy and delivery, and new daily average analytics in Productivity Trends.

๐Ÿ‘ฅ Redesigned Teams Experience

The Teams page received a major overhaul in March, making it significantly easier to create, manage, and organize teams across your organization.

Team creation now lets you add managers and employees in a single flow, no need to return to the team afterward to complete setup. The Individual Team page also received improvements, including a streamlined select-box flow for removing employees and a new Pending Employees section to simplify onboarding.

Default Team is now easier to manage
The Default Team is pinned by default, clearly marked with a star avatar, and can be unpinned when needed. Making it easier to find and work with on the Teams page.

Smoother employee reassignment
When an employee is removed from a team, they are automatically assigned to the Default Team, so no one is left without a team assignment.

Performance improvements for large organizations
Team and Individual Team pages now load and respond significantly faster for organizations with large datasets.

๐Ÿ“Š Productivity Trends: Daily Averages and Smarter Comparisons

The Productivity Trends dashboard received meaningful updates that make it easier to analyze team performance over time.

Daily Average View
You can now switch between daily average and total time views directly on the Productivity Trends page, with Total Time shown by default. Daily averages are calculated by excluding non-working days, inactive days, and full-day time off. Giving you a more accurate picture of actual productivity patterns. Easier time period comparisons
Compared and reference periods are now locked for simpler, like-for-like comparisons, and the compared period is automatically selected based on your calendar filter. Reducing the manual setup needed when analyzing trends.

๐Ÿ“ง Rebuilt Email Reports

Email Reports received substantial improvements, improving both the accuracy of the data they deliver.

More accurate utilization data
Utilization scoring is now more consistent across reports, excluding full time-off days and zero-work days where applicable. So you can have greater confidence in the numbers you receive.

Improved configuration and delivery controls
Email Reports now support improved setup options, including report time zones and updated delivery settings, giving you more predictable and consistent scheduling. Audit logs were also added for better traceability.
