Insightful

To update the Insightful application and get the best of it, you will need to get the latest application installation file. But first you would want to check which version of Insightful is running on your device at the moment so for that purpose please use one of these guides:

The safest way for Administrators to update Insightful is to ensure they are downloading it directly from the application dashboard.

Go to <a href="https://app.workpuls.com/#/app/employees/active" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Employees</a> → Add New Employees

Select the Company Computer option.

Download Insightful Use this option if you will download the installation file directly to USB or to it via an internal file sharing service. ​

Copy &amp; Paste Installation URL Use this option if you need to share the Insightful Installation file with another member of your team, or even directly to employees.

Because you're updating Insightful (and not installing for the first time), you will want to follow the below listed steps.

- Allow <a href="https://app.workpuls.com" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://app.workpuls.com</a>, <a href="https://app.insightful.io/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://app.insightful.io</a>, <a href="https://insightful-updates.io/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://insightful-updates.io/</a> and <a href="https://storage.googleapis.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://storage.googleapis.com/</a> if there is an active Firewall.

Locate the Insightful Installation file on your computer (previously provided by your Admin),

Right click on the installation file,

- Choose Repair,

After you have finished the Repair Process, please reboot your device and check the version of Insightful that is running (you can review one of the above listed guides for version checking).

If Repair option returns an error message or you don't see the version number updated, please run the installation regularly by double clicking the package to start the installer.

Download the new file and install it the same way
