Choose tasks statuses visible to your employees

Tailor the tasks that your employees can view for each project within their agent interface. To ensure a seamless task management experience, you can easily establish the Agent View configuration.

To access the Agent View configuration, go to Projects β†’ Agent View. This configuration enables you to specify which task statuses will be sent to employees via their agents. For instance, you can select to display only tasks that are In Progress, making Closed and Resolved tasks invisible to employees.

Note: You can configure the Agent View after successfully completing the integration set up.

You can set up the Agent View configuration for both internal and integrated projects. While you can create distinct configurations for integrated projects, please note that for internal projects, only one configuration can be established.
