Summary
The AI Adoption Report gives you a single place to see how effectively AI is being adopted across your entire organization. It is built exclusively from your own activity data, so you can double down on what is working, close the gaps where value is being left on the table, and confidently measure the return on every AI tool you have invested in.
What is the AI Adoption Report?
The AI Adoption Report is a real-time view of how AI is being adopted across your organization. It brings your most important adoption metrics, Daily AI Users, Time per Employee, Adoption Rate, and active tools, into one place, built exclusively from your company's own activity data rather than industry averages or vendor statistics.
Why it matters
You have already invested in AI tools, but knowing whether adoption is deep enough, consistent enough, and widespread enough to drive real productivity gains has been nearly impossible. The report turns your own activity data into a clear picture of adoption health, so you can see what is working, close the gaps, and measure the return on your AI investment. This is part of moving from simply tracking work to understanding it.
Who is it for?
Admins, operations, and HR leaders who need an organization-wide view of AI adoption, and Managers who want to understand and improve adoption within their own teams. The AI Adoption report is available on the Workforce Analytics plan for a limited time.
What you can do with it
AI Adoption at a Glance: See your most important adoption metrics, Daily AI Users, Time per Employee, Adoption Rate, and active tools, with period-over-period movement, so you know at a glance whether your program is heading in the right direction.
Trend Analysis: Track how adoption is evolving over time against your own baselines, with a 30-day rolling average that smooths out daily variance.
Team-Level Adoption Maturity Analysis: Every team is automatically placed into one of four segments, Champions, Regulars, Deep Divers, or Dabblers, based on how deeply and broadly they engage with AI, so you know which teams to coach and where to invest.
Daily Usage Patterns: See daily active users and AI usage time per employee in a view that makes trends easy to read, so you can spot shifts and validate rollouts.
Cross-tool comparison: Compare tool usage across teams to spot overlap and underused tools, so you can decide what to keep, consolidate, or expand.
Manage what counts as AI: Admins can adjust which apps are counted as AI tools on the productivity labeling page, so the report stays accurate for your organization.
