What is the Homepage?
Your Insightful Homepage is a customizable dashboard and the default landing page when you login to Insightful. Instead of a single fixed view for everyone, each user assembles their own page from a library of widgets, so the metrics they care about are front and center every time they log in. Widgets are the individual cards and charts you add to the page, such as KPIs, trends, and live activity.
Why it matters
Different leaders track different KPIs for their workforce. A one-size-fits-all dashboard forces everyone into the same view, even if it's not relevant to their job or priorities.
The Insightful Homepage turns the landing page into your heads-up display for workforce performance and an early warning system for productivity gaps. Managers and admins see the signals most relevant to them immediately on login to spot issues sooner and act faster, all without digging through separate reports.
Who is it for?
The Insightful Homepage is for managers and admins. Admins can monitor organization-wide metrics aligned to business needs, while managers can focus on the teams and groups within their scope. Visibility always follows existing data-access permissions.

Add the new AI Adoption widget to see a summary of the AI Adoption Report directly on your Homepage.
How to access it
Log in to Insightful. The Homepage is the page you land on by default.
Select Customize Page to add, remove, resize, and rearrange widgets.
Adjust individual widget settings, such as goal lines or KPI metrics, directly on each widget.
Your layout saves automatically per user. To review productivity trends, open the Reports section, where the Productivity Trends view now lives.
What Generally Available (GA) means for this release
Generally Available means the Homepage is fully released and supported for all customers on the plans listed above. Organizations and users that participated in the earlier beta keep their saved presets, and all other users can set up and save their own layouts.

Yes. The Homepage is now the default landing page when logging into Insightful. The Productivity Trends view has moved to the Reports section. Personalized layouts for managers and admins are preserved rather than reset to the default preset.
How do I turn it on or off?
No setup is required. The Homepage is on by default for all organizations. Use the Customize Page button to choose which widgets appear and how they are arranged.
Why are some widgets off by default?
Widgets such as Top Performers, Needs Attention, Utilization Trend by Location, and Schedule Adherence are off by default unless your organization meets the relevant conditions, for example a minimum number of employees or at least one configured location or scheduled shift. You can still toggle them on using the Customize Page button.
